Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Product Service Engineer 3 in Mossville, IL.
The work will be done onsite three days a week.
The rest will be work-from-home.
This is a long term contract.
It can lead to permanent employment with our customer.
Compensation is $128,000/yr

Job Description:
Technical Support Specialist
Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team, providing vital support services including investigating, troubleshooting, and diagnosing application and technical problems.
This role is crucial for maintaining the functionality of software and on-board hardware for our global Construction Industry clientele.
Key
Responsibilities:
Provide support for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including field development and follow-up.
Ensure resolution of customer and dealer issues, implementing standard support processes to respond, restore, and resolve issues effectively.
Offer hands-on product expertise to complete problem analysis and provide interim corrective actions.
Manage incident cases to meet Support Level Agreement metrics and escalate high-priority issues as needed.
Engage in communication with dealers and customers about status updates and troubleshooting processes.
Develop and maintain support environments for diagnostics and customer connectivity.
Advocate for dealer and customer needs in resolving technical product issues with the product development engineering team.
Work Environment:
Office-based with the possibility of domestic and international travel up to 25% to dealer locations and sites.
Collaborative setting with frequent interactions with team members across various global locations including the United States, Australia, India, and Brazil.
Candidate Requirements:
Associate's Degree Required; BSCS, BSME, BSEE preferred or 5-10 years of system troubleshooting experience.
Proficiency in construction equipment technology solutions, jobsite networking infrastructure, and automotive or mobile equipment telematics.
Experience with network troubleshooting and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable:
Knowledge of M2M and M2X communication methods, CLI, Linux, and CCNA certification.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong relationship-building capability with the ability to problem solve effectively.
